Raised in Northern California, Matt developed a love for hiking, exploring, and photographing wild terrain. With a background in graphic design and art history, he blends artistic vision with technical precision, drawing inspiration from 19th-century Hudson River School painters. After moving to Utah, he focused on the dramatic mountains and colorful landscapes that define the region.
Matt’s work has been featured in Outdoor Photographer, Landscape Photography Magazine, Art & Fine Art America, and private collections across the U.S. His goal is to share the beauty of the world around us and help others experience it through photography, translating fleeting moments of light and landscapes into lasting memories.
